hi im gio currently a green belt but want to get to the top. i wanna be the best i can be and i already have made improvements not just in karate but in my regular life. like mickey said thanks to sensei colbourne for teaching me and making me push myself harder every class.

Hey everyone. This is Daniel from miami lakes, fl. My goal is to be top dog in martial arts and i know with sensei's help and everyone else's help i can accomplish this goal. i am currently a purple belt under sensei Armando Colbourne.

Yes, I could not make it to NYC this year. I would have loved to go to Malanoski's seminar. I did have the opportunity to get the hands on training from him on Empi-Ha and Kooroorunfa a few years back.
